ABOUT WOOLLY WEST END
Hi, my name’s Chloe and I’m the designer and maker behind Woolly West End.
I began crocheting over 10 years ago and made my first musical theatre character, Lin Manuel-Miranda as Hamilton, in 2017. Since then I’ve made and given away dozens of figures to performers across the country as a way of combining my love of creating, costumes and the actors into a celebration of theatre.
I’m always up for a challenge and have a passion for (or maybe it’s an obsession over) detailing.
Prices depend on the specific details of each character, below are estimates which should provide a guide for what you should expect when seeking a commission.

It's uncanny...

The craftsmanship and detail is amazing. What a beautiful gift. I shall treasure it.

Georgous and fabulous little doll which Eva [daughter and the actress the figure is based on] loves. - Kim Connor

Woolly-me was absolutely the best birthday present I've ever gotten! Chloe put so much work into getting the small details perfect, especially with my neckerchief and the badges on my scout uniform. He follows with me on all my travels and always gets great reactions! - Peter Herbert

Chloe, thank you so much for my Joseph and Narrator figures, of Lloyd Daniels and Danielle Hope. They are amazing and I couldn’t be happier with them! Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is my favourite show and I was lucky enough to be in the Joseph choir during the tour when Lloyd Daniels and Danielle Hope were performing. Now I have some beautifully crocheted characters to remember such a brilliant experience and keep forever! The detail on the Narrator’s waistcoat is truly remarkable. The stitching of the stars, moons and planets is so delicate, and her hair is so thick and luscious! She is a work of art. Joseph looks fabulous in his dreamcoat. His sparkling coat perfectly replicates the one worn in the on-stage production and his detachable rainbow cape is so much fun. It even stays up without support, creating the iconic scene from the end of the show! Thank you again! I will treasure these forever and I can’t wait to decide what my next Woolly West End figure will be! - Ruth Buckley
